I can barely keep my eyes open long enough to write a hello and talk about how I wore this last week...before my hair was done...before the temp went to 110, and before I realized that these heels are not my size...THAT's why my feet were hurting...ughhh...see what happens when you get excited...anyway, my new #8weekSELFChallenge is up on my YouTube channel for fitness and health HERE. if you wanna check it out... and I am hoping to have more recipes too...and the day begins!
