Well, I have officially bought Savers out of Home Decor this weekend. From silk flowers that would normally cost me $8 a piece at Joannes to $4 for a bouquet, to vintage frames, mirrors, vases, and even curtains! The hubby and I have lived in our home for nearly 5 years and we just started hanging things on the walls! See.. like my clothes and shoes, I was afraid to commit...never really knowing my style or what I liked...or maybe I did I just wasn't confident enough to pull it off...it's all the same really...dressing your living room or dressing yourself..it just takes some confidence...and while not everything is EXACTLY like I want it...it makes me feel like it is OUR home....and it makes me happy...though the hubby did threaten to move if I continued to spread too many doilies around...whatever.... haha

And for all of you SAVERS lovers and new Thrifters Anonymous Members I have a very special giveaway coming...I can't believe how fast this blog has grown..and I am just beyond thrilled to give you guys something special...I almost have 500 followers...and being that I never actually thought anyone was reading before now I am beyond humbled...so stay tuned...I will also be announcing the Sneakpeeq winners in a video so watch for that..

  2. This is such a great look! I love everything about it...the mixed prints, the easy relaxed look, yet being very chic. Fabulous!

I to understand what it means to not be able to commit to home decor, so congrats on the decorating!
