Last weekend I attended a Gala...I know..I go to a lot of Gala's...I like to think I am pretty involved in the community here in Vegas... This one was benefiting the Nevada Blind Childrens foundation. Since I go to a lot of gala's I am always having to get creative since I really don' t have tons of gowns... so when I spotted this designer skirt at Marshalls for $30 marked down from $400 I nearly screamed Ok it was mostly because it was sequins but I was so excited to wear it..I have now worn it to two events and both looks were very different.. This time I kept it all black and I got so many compliments! I was rocking this skirt like I was seriously being honored...normally I would never go to a gala in anything other than a gown...but I quickly realized that as long as you are confident with how you look...everyone else will be too...and hey..no one had to know that my tank top was from old navy and my shoes were from target... and best of all my skirt...a skirt that most other would pay full price was nearly 75% off...so BOOM to all you who went to Nordstrom and paid more for your dress than my whole weeks worth of clothes... haha anyway I now LOVE this skirt and it is quickly becoming one of my favorite finds from Marshalls... and speaking of Marshalls...don't forget to enter my giveaway!!
